1 pound of ground beef 1 small onion 1 envelope Lipton Beefy Onion Dry soup mix 2 cans (28 oz) tomato sauce 2 cups cooked white rice 2 cups chopped green peppers 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 4 TBS lemon juice 2-1/2 cups canned beef broth 1 TBS parsley flakes salt to taste

| How to Prepare : |
|
In a large saucepan or dutch oven, brown beef and onions. Drain grease.
Add dry soup and stir. Add the tomato sauce, green peppers, brown sugar, lemon juice, broth, parsley and salt. Bring to a boil. Simmer for one hour. Add rice. Cook for another 30 minutes.
