 Ingredients :
  

1 slice Cook's ham; or leftover cooked ham

2 each russet potatoes; peeled and thinly sliced

1/2 white onion; finely chopped

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/4 can milk

    
 
 How to Prepare :

For oven, take glass bake ware bowl and oil or Pam spray it.

Cut the ham into strips or slices.  Slice the potatoes crosswise.

put a layer of potatoes in bake ware, then sprinkle onions on top, then

ham, repeat until all potatoes, ham and onions are used.

Put 1/2 cup of milk in large measuring cup and add the soup, mix well and

pour over the layered food.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hour or until fork pieces the

potatoes.

May add cheddar cheese on top and leave in oven til it melts.

Remove from oven and let set 3 minutes. Serve

 

Fast Method

Put potatoes  and onions in boiling water and simmer til done

Meanwhile, mix soup and milk, heat slowly in pot, add ham, keep on low

heat.

drain potatoes and onions.

pour ham sauce over, gently lift potatoes so sauce will cover bottom ones.
